I was born and raised in an East Coast culinary family. As a child, I remember watching my family cooking and laughing while they'd tell jokes. I would sit there smiling while trying to learn their skills and of course, waiting to be their little taste tester! This has made me passionate about food which allowed me to be creative in the kitchen. I continue to incorporate their skills, recipes and spirit into my work today.
